Becky Brill has been handling the marketing and sales needs for residential real estate clients and customers for over 40 years. She is dedicated to the latest marketing trends and was one of the first Realtors in the country to have a real estate website in 1994. Becky is visionary in marketing her listings and skillful in discerning her customers needs for finding just the right home. Becky has

completed the USPAP appraisal courses so that she can have the best information for her clients in marketing their houses at the right price. Becky has been very successful in her tenure in the business and participated in leadership academies for the Indiana Association of Realtors and the Metropolitan Board of Realtors in Indianapolis. She has served on the property tax task force and the mass transit task force at MIBOR and is a member of the Professional Standards Committee. Becky has worked with a number of the finest builders in Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville and Geist Lake areas. She has co-owned a home building company and is a past member of the National Association for Women in Construction. Other areas of expertise include corporate relocation, estates, and the liquidation of bank owned properties. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Indiana Association of Realtors and is a Broker Associate. Becky's love of photography and art is helpful in creating marketing material for her listed homes. Selling "sizzle" shows in her marketing efforts and is unique to each house. Outside of being a dedicated Realtor, Becky was President of the Photo Venture Camera Club.
