This was her first home. The place where she started a new chapter of adulthood. Over the years, this property brought challenges such as difficult tenants, unexpected repairs, financial stress, and moments where it felt overwhelming. There were times it would have been easier to give up but she didn’t.
Together, we navigated upgrades, market shifts, negotiations, inspections, and everything in between. And last week, we closed! Officially closing a chapter of her life which although was bittersweet she walked away stronger, wiser, and stepping into her next season with clarity.
