Inflation is a popular topic of many conversations and discussions right now. Every day there are more news articles and speculations as economists and financial experts try to sort it out.

But in the meantime I have great news for you!

Real estate is actually a great hedge against inflation (even with the high interest rates) and here’s why:

1️⃣ Tax Benefits

You can claim the interest you pay in your mortgage payment (which is usually a big deduction!)

2️⃣ Builds Equity

When you own real estate and let it appreciate you can eventually leverage it into other assets.

3️⃣ Historically Safe Investment

A real estate investment almost always increases over time. While you are putting money towards your mortgage (vs. paying high renting rates) you are building equity and paying down your loan.
