We didn’t mean to go radio silent on our projects - specifically the finishing touches on our Central new build, but we’ve been a little busy… moving into it!

What originally started as a project became a perfect fit for us, and when it’s “show-ready” we will definitely share photos! Sorry to leave you hanging 🙃

But for now, we wanted to showcase this beautiful home on our absolute favorite street in the city. We were lucky enough to call “Crow’s Landing” our own for nearly four years. The new owners could not be a better match, and have been busy putting their own fabulous touches on it. It sounds sappy, but I truly believe we are stewards to these old homes - they’ve been here much longer than we have, and hopefully will be here long after we’re gone. It’s pretty special to think about all the lives and memories these homes hold over the years.

After a whirlwind 7-month renovation, our reimagined Park Avenue project is complete!

Brand new two-car garage and second-story addition, but still feels right at home on a tree-lined street of 100 year-old houses.

We were lucky to accept an offer before it even hit the market, and are oh so excited for the soon-to-be new homeowners. We know they’ll love MK as much as we all do - and just in time for summer! ✨🏡🍾

The original caption for this post mentioned being stuck in that foggy week between Christmas and New Year’s - hence the initial delay. Then January happened… and somehow now it’s mid-February 😵‍💫😂
