Meet ATHENA Traditional Nominee Emily Schneller who serves as Vice President of the ECHO Retail Nashville office. With over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, she specializes in retail tenant representation for national and regional retailers ranging in size from 900 to over 40,000 SF. Estimated total transactional value with clients is over $80M.

When not busy with her retail clientele, Emily is active in the greater Nashville community. She is the founder of the Greater Nashville giving circle of 100+ Women Who Care, where women collaborate using a unique giving model to make a collective impact for local nonprofits. They have collectively given over $400,000 to forty-plus local nonprofits and have seen the addition of nine other giving circles across the state. Emily now serves with the international steering team for the 100 Who Care Alliance by helping to plan their leadership conferences every two years and as the liaison for the Philanthropy Together Braintrust.

Emily also serves The Women’s Fund of the Community Foundation of Middle TN as a member of the executive board, committee chair for the outreach team, and part of the grant committee.

Emily is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and achieved her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2008. She completed her master’s degree in Civic Leadership at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN in December of 2014. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee, Class of 2020 (longest class ever). Other organizational involvement includes Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and CABLE.
