Today was one of those days in my career where my heart could explode with pride and joy! (I feel that way a lot!) Nearly a year ago, Michael and I sat down with Carl at a little coffee shop and mapped out a strategy to get him into his very own home. He was tired of paying rent and was looking to better the life he is creating for himself as well as the life he is helping to provide for his parents. For months Carl worked hard to get in the position to buy his own home. And for months we went out shopping for that home! Well, with patience and determination he found that perfect one!!! And today he closed on his very own home!! What a joyous day it was! I love helping my clients accomplish their dreams and making lifelong friendships along the way. Carl, we are so proud of you!
