Huge congrats to my buyer on landing this beauty! This will be the second home this year that I helped close, earning a $15K grant towards the buyers closing costs, because the home is on the Minority Tract!

In top of the $15k grant? The buyer is also receiving $6k from her lender (my girl Sue, iykyk) and we negotiated another $6k from the seller!
