OH ITS A GOOD DAY! 👏

The new larger crawler crane ready to set our newly built modules at 2030 Communities! This is such an exciting time as we just had a ribbon cutting for our last development and the next community is about ready to start the setting process!

But most importantly we know these homes will be a space where families can make memories and create their future! The impact is bigger than just without our own walls. It’s impact that last for generations to come!

One of our 💫 SPECIAL PROJECTS 💫 has gotten some “swag” in and we LOVE IT! Look at these beautiful mugs! The Estuary is in his final steps of the rehab!

We've named the building The Estuary because an estuary is strategic spot where a river meets the sea. This vital wetland produces a biologically diverse environment with both fresh and salt water. Metaphorically, we desire that this historic building becomes - like an estuary - a place where communities meet and enrich one another. Believing that this historic property could be a source hope for so many!

IT’S GETTING CLOSE TO GAME TIME 👏👏👏

The Eastway Court Expansion project will increase Eastway Court by 64 triplex buildings, thus adding 192 units. Of the 192 units, 128 units are 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 64 are 1-bedroom/1-bathroom units. The buildings in this project were constructed by Volumod LLC and are sent to the site in three pieces, which are assembled using a crane and exterior finishing crews. This style of building (assembling pre-built "mods" or "boxes") is known as volumetric modular construction. The units include washer/dryer, hard surface countertops, LP smart siding, stainless steel appliances, matte black finishes, fiber-optic internet, and Timbertech composite porches/decks. The buildings will be placed on a 30 acre site north of the existing Eastway Court Apartments.

The crane 🏗️ will start doing its job in a few weeks so stay tuned for some footage coming soon! 🎉

Mark is passionate about building and retaining organizational culture, raising up leaders and advocating for people who are differently abled. ​Mark develops the strategic partnerships and communities of Helix organizations.
