Amy & Gary were FABULOUS! Moving from Ohio to Westfield to be closer to Grandbabies meant we had to get it right! Helping guide them through some tricky speedbumps on the sale of their home in Ohio & finding them the perfect landing spot off market in Westfield wasn’t easy, but with great teamwork, we came in for a nice soft landing! Update- I now get to call them friends and see them at sporting events often! Fun stuff! We, as Realtors, have bittersweet jobs for sure! I got to know Gray & Tatum Goodman & their boys over the past 2 years! When I got the call to help sell their home, so they could move the boys back to Mississippi, I was excited, but it meant they were leaving our tight knit Brookside community! Just a quick THANKS to them for being so coachable and especially glad it paid off in a big way! We got above asking price, a quick close and time to back the truck up for a few weeks after a smooth closing! Thanks for the kind words Tatum & Best of Luck in Mississippi!

Warmer weather is the perfect time to tackle certain home improvement projects. Right now, we have the opportunity of extra time. Think about crossing items such as these, off your "Honey Do" list:
1) Power wash your home's exterior
2) Re-stain a deck or fence
3) Replace siding
4) Drain your water heater
5) Repair cracked concrete on driveways and walkways
6) Clean out gutters
7) Chimney inspection and cleaning
8) Tree trimming and pruning dead branches.
Address one task per weekend, and your home maintenance issues won't feel so overwhelming.

Either way, washing windows makes a difference!
