Thank you to all the wonderful residents of the Lodge Apartments who came out to our holiday raffle party! It was great to see so many smiling faces and have such a fun time together. In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our office will be closed Monday, January 16th. If you experience a maintenance emergency, please contact our on-call service. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, January 17th.

As we experience freezing temperatures, it is important to keep your thermostat at or above 65 Degrees at all times of the day and night. This helps prevent pipes freezing and bursting in your apartment. If you will be out of town for an extended period of time, we strongly recommend the following:
1. Keep your thermostat at or above 65 Degrees
2. Open cabinet doors to expose your drainpipes
3. Allow your faucets to slowly drip with the drain open
