ZZone 31 is proud to participate in the mission of Indiana Sheriffs' Youth Ranch!
This , we'd like to give a huge shoutout to everyone who made our "Kick in for Kids" campaign such a success! Sheriffs and Youth Ranch supporters gathered from all over the state as Tony and Sue Ardizzone, owners of ZZONE 31, publicly offered to match dollar-for-dollar, if $500,000 can be raised by August 31st.
At the same announcement, a group of female Indiana business leaders stepped forward to announce donations to furnish and equip a new centrally located Youth Ranch Resource Center. One donor, Cindy Bailey, owner and president of Bailey Trucking Inc, contributed funds for furniture and equipment in honor of her dedicated employees. Christina Dorsey Cottey, Rosemary Dorsey and Beth Ann Dorsey of Dorsey Paving Inc., are dedicating a conference and training room in memory of Marion County Sheriff Jack Cottey, who was a national leader in community and youth safety programs. The rest of the funds will be raised through local sheriffs' offices, individual and business donations.
βEach of our counties will have an achievable fundraising goal based on our local population,β said Marion County Sheriff's Office (IN)John Layton, president of the Youth Ranch board. βThatβs the fairest way for all of us to help meet our statewide objective and have ownership of this vital project to make Hoosier hometowns safer. After all, we want it to be for kids from all communities in all counties.β
Big thanks to AdamVinatieri for dropping by to show support! We appreciate your unwavering dedication... and the many photos you took with everyone!
