Three weeks ahead of schedule! ⏰🏗️

Our Thompson Thrift Construction team has completed The Landing at Lemay in Fort Collins, CO! This 344-unit community offers residents easy access to downtown Fort Collins, major employers, retail options, and Colorado State University's main campus.

The community features garden-style apartment homes with designer interiors, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washers and dryers. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities including a resident social lounge, fully-equipped fitness center, resort-style pool and spa, and pet spa.

Exciting progress at The Union Flats in Fishers, IN! 🎉

Our team is making great strides on this exciting community. Pod 1 is nearing completion with the owner punch walk underway, while Pods 2-3 are progressing through the superintendent punch. Pods 4-6 are moving forward with interior finishes, and exterior work, clubhouse improvements, and courtyard pool construction are all in progress.

Thompson Thrift recently hosted an Indiana Chamber of Commerce CEO Dinner at our Terre Haute corporate office, bringing together state and local business leaders for meaningful conversation. Indiana Secretary of Commerce Chuck Goodrich shared updates on commerce and workforce in Indiana, while IBJ President Mitch Frazier facilitated discussion around opportunities and issues impacting businesses across the state.

Making an impact together in Atlanta! 🎉

Thompson Thrift hosted its first official Georgia Serve Day on Wednesday, August 19, at the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Team members from across the Atlanta market came together for a day of service, sorting, packing, and preparing pounds of food to support our community. The team sorted, packed, and prepared 5,963 pounds of food, equaling 4,969 meals!
