Meet Kirsten 👋

If there’s one thing you should know about Kirsten, it’s that she genuinely LOVES helping people. ❤️

She has the kindest soul, thinks outside the box and especially loves helping buyers and sellers navigate all the questions that come with making a move.

She’s also the person who will keep looking for a solution when something isn’t working - and is always willing to jump in when someone needs her.

Outside of real estate, she’s happiest spending time with her kids, being outdoors or taking care of her chickens. 🐓

Meet Ashley 👋

Ashley is a closer. When there’s a decision to be made and a deal to put together, she knows how to get things moving.

She’s confident, direct and knows how to help clients work through the details and get from conversation to contract.

Ashley has been in real estate for years and brings plenty of experience to the table when it’s time to make a move.

Outside of real estate, her favorite role is being Cohen’s mom. You can usually find her cheering him on at one of his games or playing in her own softball league. 🥎

There are a few things we’ll never skip when helping a client buy new construction — and yes, independent inspections are HIGH on that list.

We have great relationships with builder reps throughout the Indy area, which makes the process even better. At the end of the day, we’re there to advocate for YOU, ask the questions and make sure your best interests are represented from start to finish.

And PLEASE call us before you casually wander into a model home “just to look.” It can matter more than you think.

Today we remember the 2,977 lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders who ran toward danger when everyone else was trying to escape.

With several firefighters and first responders close to our Forney Group family, we’ve always had a special place in our hearts for the men and women who choose to serve and protect others. The courage shown by first responders on September 11th is something we hope we never stop honoring.

We remember those we lost. We honor those who served. And we will never forget. ❤️🇺🇸

Lauren is our resident “okay, but how do we actually get this house SOLD?” person.

She’s spent more than a decade in real estate, from buying and selling to leadership, operations and coaching agents.

Her favorite part? The strategy behind selling a home. What to fix, what NOT to fix, where to spend money and how to make buyers choose yours over the one down the street.

Selling may be her sweet spot, but she loves helping clients figure out what comes next just as much, especially finding their next home. 🏡
