Yayyyyy!!! So excited! First time home buying in this market is rough. We lost many offers, but in the end we won the first house we offered on 🙌🏻 Have your agent check in on houses you lost, you never know what can happen along the way. The first buyers didn’t show for closing, SO WE WON THIS HOUSE WITHOUT GOING UP AGAINST MULTIPLE OFFERS.

Just because a house is back on the market or sitting for more than a week doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong 😊
