While trying to buy in today’s sellers market, here are couple things to keep in mind to help get your offer accepted

➡️Talk to a lender and have a pre-approval letter ready so we know what properties to be looking at. In today’s market, properties often sell for over list price so we have to keep that in mind in our search!

➡️Be willing to be flexible about when you get possession. 30 day closings are appealing to sellers but they may request more time to move out, if it will seal the deal, make it happen!

➡️If it’s in your budget, offer a larger earnest money deposit

➡️Find a Realtor you trust. Our job is to walk you through each step of the process and get you all the information you need to make a competitive offer in this market. When you’re ready, we’ll be here!
