Researching markets for an upcoming listing consultation. Checking with Ken about keeping the wheels on a couple of pending transactions. Brainstorming how to fill up our pipeline for Q2 and beyond.

I was teaching today, and telling my students to visit my business FB page, I realized that I completely dropped the ball on posting our year-end business.
More announcements to follow, but 2023 has been our best year, BY FAR, in Real Estate. We are so blessed by our clients, who trust us with helping them buy, sell, build, and invest.

DRUMROLL, PLEASE!
2022 by the numbers: 16 clients, 5.1MM in sales.
2023 by the numbers: 35 clients, 9.1MM in sales-Presidents Club (a goal of mine since the start!)

Here's the wrap on 2023:
1. Diana's condo in Sandy Point sold to a nice couple who were excited about "right-sizing" in retirement!
2. Abby, Kevin, and sweet Baby B built their family home near where they grew up, and close to family.
3. Josh closed on his first home just before Christmas, a sweet bungalow in Broad Ripple, exactly where he wanted to be!

I want to know all the details about your property. Sure the specifics (number of bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.) but I am also looking for what YOU love about your home. Did you love hosting parties or preparing Christmas dinner in the kitchen? Did you love how spacious the backyard is for young kids?

🗺️ Neighborhood Insights
Not only are we selling your home, but we are selling the neighborhood/community. What do you love about it, and are there any notable amenities or attractions?

🏠 Updates or Repairs
We will want to include all the extra love that you have given to your home over the years. Did you replace the roof, get a new water heater, new appliances, etc.

🛠️ Damages and Defects
Along with everything you love about your home, we will need to disclose weather related damages, flood risk, or any other defects.
