We have to brag about Drew Stevenson and our company Innovcare VA. Drew and the Innovcare team decided to start Innovcare VA to chase veterans affairs healthcare deals a few years ago. The business is a federal recognized service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB). This journey has not always been easy. Drew is finalizing his first healthcare real estate development deal in March 2023 in Sault Ste Marie MI. The federal government will occupy the healthcare building in March and will treat veterans at the facility for mental health and primary care needs.

Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate is excited about its partnership with Eskenazi Health-Midtown. Innovcare will be developing a 15,000 square foot facility next to the $1,000,000,000 Indianapolis Criminal Justice Center. The project is located at 3415 English Ave, Indianapolis IN.

The facility will offer mental health services and will be one of the first of its kind in Marion County and the State of Indiana.

Innovcare purchased a 60,000 square foot retail center in October 2022 with plans to convert to a healthcare facility. Innovcare will convert one of the buildings to the Eskenazi health center. In the immediate future, Innovcare will have 45,000 square feet of space available for lease or for ground up development.

Innovcare is one of the first private investments in the immediate area after the City’s commitment to the Criminal Justice Center.

Exciting things happening at 1840 N Meridian, Indianapolis, IN. Innovcare | Innovative Healthcare Real Estate is converting a vacant IPS office building to a 40,000 square foot medical office building. The project is in the Indiana University Health Methodist-Health District and is adjacent to the $4,500,000,000 replacement hospital. The project will be occupied by primary care and mental health providers. The project is located on the IndyGo Red Line.

Innovcare is a Marion County healthcare real estate development firm. Innovcare is changing downtown access to healthcare one project at a time.

Innovcare’s President and Founder, Tyson Chastain, said it best “this project gives us an awesome opportunity to invest in our community where we work and play.”

Thing are coming along at Innovcare Lebanon Medical Office Building. Completion date and move in scheduled for November 1, 2019!

The 20,000 square foot building will house primary care, urgent care, community health, X-ray and so much more. Our team was excited to make this investment in Lebanon. As an owner of the asset and developer, the City and Mayor were great to work with.

We are very thankful for our relationship with American Health Network a Company of Optum. American Health Network is our tenant, a great healthcare provider and a thought leader in healthcare reform. Success is ahead for all of us!
