Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening of The Elwood Apartments in Kokomo, IN! 🎉

This exciting new multifamily development features 114 one- and two-bedroom units, along with an impressive lineup of amenities, including a rooftop lounge and patio, fitness center, game room, coworking space, and pet spa.

CPM is proud to have been part of bringing this beautiful development to life and is incredibly thankful for the opportunity to partner with Rebar Development and Goodin Development. We’re grateful for the collaboration, hard work, and dedication that made The Elwood possible.

🎉 GRAND OPENING | THE ELWOOD

The City of Kokomo is pleased to celebrate the grand opening of The Elwood, a new mixed-use development located at 1400 E. Hoffer Street.

The public is invited to attend the grand opening on Tuesday, Sept. 15, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 9 a.m. Visitors are welcome to stop by throughout the day.

The Elwood features 114 residential units along with approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space.
