Two weeks ago yesterday this couple, that started with a cold call lead in 2019 and I’ve stayed in touch with throughout the years closed on a wonderful first house for them and their 4 kids. It was my first USDA loan ($0 down and Seller pays all of their closing costs), and the Seller was amazing!! Thanks to Kenra Humble from Society Mortgage getting this to the finish line!!

This client was a referral 3 years ago. He had some things to clean up in his finances and he wanted to save more money, too. As I tell all of my clients: “I go at your pace.” We closed on February 5th and today he officially gained possession of the house. I negotiated a $20,000 payout for an outdated septic system. Tomorrow he starts all of the renovations to make the home how he wants it. Thanks to Ryan Schulte from Elements Financial for getting our client a 5.875% interest rate!!!

Ended the year yesterday with a special double closing with a couple who personifies trust, loyalty and friendship. Rachel taught 2 of my children at Allisonville Elementary. They’re both family and now they have their forever home!! Congratulations!!

I’ve been in touch with this client for over 5 years. I met him a couple of months of ago when we saw our first home together. He then decided to focus on one neighborhood and we waited until something from there was available. A home came available a couple of weeks ago and being a cash buyer he jumped on it and we closed in 10 days! I’m always impressed when young people like this have the discipline to save money over many years.

This wonderful 1st homeowner couple got possession of their home on Monday, August 4th. We closed on July 21st. Betsy is my audiologist and for those of you that know, she was as fascinated by me having 2 teeth in my ear as anyone else in my life has been!!!
