Some deals test everything you’ve got. This was one of them.
Today, this team of incredible humans closed a deal that had all of us questioning whether it would actually happen. Hours on the phone. Standing up and pushing back when it counted. Problem-solving on the fly.
And we did it together.
Morgan & Luis first walked into our ‘How the ?@ #! do I Buy A Home’ workshop two years ago. They put in the work, got pre-approved, and stayed ready. When their dream home came on the market, they were in position to go for it.
It was an estate sale, and estate sales have a way of throwing curveballs. Every hoop that appeared, we cleared it (and there were some CRAZY hoops). Every obstacle, we found a way through. Every time someone said “this might not happen,” we kept going anyway.
And today? Keys in hand. Deal closed. Dream home, delivered.
