Amidst the volatility caused by COVID-19 I am receiving a lot of questions about how the Indy Real Estate market might be affected.

While there are some serious and legitimate concerns, I found this article helpful to think about this as a unique situation for housing, not like 2009!

With all of the volatility in the stock market and uncertainty about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), some are concerned we may be headed for another housing crash like the one we experienced from 2006-2008.
