TOBY Season is officially underway!

Today, our local TOBY Judges had the opportunity to evaluate a property managed by Hokanson Companies, Inc. as part of this year’s TOBY Awards.

We’re wishing the Hokanson team the very best of luck and are incredibly proud of the time, effort, and dedication they put into preparing for today’s judging.

Sometimes the best way to make an impact is simply to show up.

Last Friday, several members of BOMA Indiana’s Philanthropic Committee spent the morning at Outreach Indiana, preparing and serving lunch for youth experiencing homelessness.

Outreach Indiana’s mission is to equip and empower youth facing homelessness to achieve stability and life transformation.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support that mission by serving alongside others and investing in our community.

Thank you to everyone who came out to serve, and to Outreach Indiana for the important work you do every day in our community.

Today, BOMA members from Indy, Fort Wayne, and South Bend came together for a tour of one of Indiana’s most iconic campuses: the University of Notre Dame.

From historic landmarks to the stories behind the campus, it was a great opportunity to see this South Bend institution from a whole new perspective—and even better to connect with fellow BOMA members from across the state.

TOBY Judge Training: bringing managers and service providers together to strengthen Indiana’s TOBY program.

Led by TOBY Chair Tiffany Juline, CPM, RPA of Hendricks Commercial Properties, today’s training gave our members an inside look at the TOBY judging process—from how properties are evaluated and scored to what judges are looking for in a successful submission.

Whether preparing to serve as a TOBY judge or considering entering a property, attendees walked away with a better understanding of what it takes to compete at the highest level.

We’re excited to continue growing Indiana’s network of knowledgeable, qualified TOBY judges and helping our members put their best foot forward throughout the TOBY process.

The TOBY Awards are coming to Fort Wayne!

Our TOBY Chair, Tiffany Juline (Lauchlan), CPM, RPA of Hendricks Commercial Properties, recently met with our Fort Wayne members to walk through the TOBY process and give participants a look at what to expect when judging begins in October.

We’re thrilled to see the TOBY program continue to grow across Indiana and especially excited to have Electric Works, managed by Colliers, and Indiana Office Center, managed by Sturges Property Group, representing the Fort Wayne market in this year’s competition.
