Freeze warning!! 🚨❄️

Hello Residents,

With the upcoming winter storm expected to bring freezing temperatures, we’d like to share a few simple steps you can take to prevent frozen pipes in your apartment.

❄️• Keep your thermostat set to a consistent temperature even overnight allow faucet to drip slightly especially those connected to exterior walls.

❄️•Open cabinet doors under sink to let warm air circulate around plumbing if you’ll be away, please ensure your heat remains on.

If you notice a water pressure, visible leaks, or suspect, frozen pipes, contact maintenance immediately.

Hello Everyone!

Merry Christmas! Thank you for spending another year with us, and calling us home!

Just wanted to update everyone on the new office hours starting 1/5/25!

Linden Square Apartments: Monday, Thursday Wednesday!

Residences on Ronald Regan: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday!

We will be out of the office Christmas Day, the 31st, and the 1st!

Dear Residents,

A freeze warning has been issued for our area over the next few days. Temperatures are expected to drop below freezing, and we ask that all residents take the following precautions to help prevent frozen pipes and other weather-related
issues:

What You Should Do:

🔹 Let faucets drip slightly—both hot and cold—especially in kitchens and bathrooms on exterior walls.

🔹 Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.

🔹 Set your thermostat to at least 65° F (13°C), even if you will be away.

🔹 Bring plants and pets indoors and remove any items from balconies that could be damaged by freezing temperatures.

🔹 Keep windows closed and report any drafts or broken seals to management.

🔹 If you notice low water pressure or no water, please contact the office or emergency maintenance immediately.

We are so thankful for each and every one of our residents for choosing to call us home!

Also, don't forget valet trash will not pick up on Thursday, so please do not leave your trash out all weekend. Normal trash pickup with resume on Sunday the 1st.
