As of March 16, 2020 all common areas at the property will be closed until further notice. We understand your concern about the temporary closure and realize this is an inconvenience for you.
Closing our common areas is a step we did not take lightly. We are doing so to be in line with government and health officials’ recommendations to slow the spread of COVID-19 during this global pandemic.
Our offices will be locked during normal weekday business hours and closed on the weekend. We ask that you call or email us for anything you might need. For March and April rent we are waiving all online and ACH fees associated with your rent. This will allow you to pay your rent online at no additional cost to you. You can also continue to pay by e-money order or mail your payment to the office.
Maintenance will be responding to emergency requests only. These include items such as heat or air issues if it’s above 80 degrees or below 60 degrees outside, a toilet issue if it’s the only one you have, any leaks, lack of hot water, etc. Should you have a maintenance request please call our office or submit through the property website. We will be taking non-emergency work orders but they will be scheduled for a later date.
Any move outs will be handled by appointment only. Should you need to extend your lease please contact our office for further information.
If you have a package delivered to the office, please call to let us know you are on your way to the office so we can set it at the office door step.
We are taking these steps to be in guidelines with the CDC and practice social distancing within our communities.
