Many buyers think they just need a down payment and then get surprised later.

This shows the seller you’re serious and goes toward your purchase.

- Home Inspection ($300–$600)
Your chance to fully understand the home before committing.

- Appraisal ($400–$700)
Required by your lender to confirm value.

- Closing Costs (2–5% of purchase price)
Lender fees, title work, taxes, and more.

- Down Payment (varies by loan)
Can be as low as 0%–3.5% depending on your loan type.
