SOLD! 🌟 Happy closing day to my incredible seller who really stuck with the process through a difficult transaction … from an early switch from a conventional to a VA loan, a change in the buyer’s agent (for unknown reasons 🤔), a hefty inspection process, an appraisal that took weeks to come back, and a remote closing … she did it all!

I absolutely love helping artists get into their own homes, because it is so satisfying to see them settled in a place where they can find inspiration and feel the autonomy to create!

That is exactly what happened yesterday with these amazing humans, and seeing their child also feel the joy of their first home is just a feeling I can’t describe 🥹

Clockwork and Lydia were patient and understanding when we met obstacles along the way, and together, we never gave up. Yesterday, it all came together and they got the physical keys to unlock their dreams!! 🌟

It was also so special to play with their baby Delight for a whole hour while they signed papers 🥰

I woke up this morning to a text of how much they love their new home, and nothing brings me more satisfaction than this 🫶

I can’t wait to see all of the creative visions come to life from this important step that they took as homeowners 💛
