Because Home is Where the Heart Is. Stacy Herald has dedicated her entire life to serving others. She began her career in the public sphere, receiving her Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University in 1996. She primarily worked with families and children, helping children from bad situations find peace in their home. The work was emotional at times, but very rewarding. Real estate, Stacy says
, is almost more emotional than Social Work. Stacy has had her real estate license since 2010, pulling double-duty as a Social Worker and Realtor for years before transitioning to full-time real estate in 2018. Her goal is to remain a calm and collected presence for her clients during the oftentimes stressful real estate process. A professional, fun, and dedicated Realtor, Stacy works diligently to help her clients relax and enjoy the home buying or selling process as much as possible. It isn’t about her, Stacy says. “It’s all about my clients.” What they want out of a home, what they need in selling, etc. And Stacy goes above and beyond to deliver. Stacy Herald is a Proud Seniors Real Estate Specialist® Realtor®
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Stacy specializes in assisting homeowners over the age of 50 with the unique challenges that come with buying or selling a home later in life. With her SRES® designation, Stacy is educated in complex real estate topics that seniors face, such as utilizing reverse mortgages, 401(k) accounts, and/or IRAs in real estate transactions. She can create a customized plan to best fit your current and future housing needs, while honoring and navigating the emotional challenges that come with selling a long-time family home. Central Indiana homeowners over the age of 50 can rest assured that Stacy Herald with The Herald Realty Group knows what it takes to get them through this challenging yet rewarding stage of their lives. When she’s not working with clients, Stacy enjoys volunteering with her church, and spending time with her family and two dogs, Bella and Lilly.
