Winter is Upon Us!
With utility costs high and temperatures dropping, don't forget to service your furnaces. Older units and newer units should be serviced before Winter. Changing filters is not the only maintenance needed on a furnace. To insure your unit is running at its most efficient capacity, the components must be free of debris& rust particles, accurately working thermostat and not to mention properly connected duct work for good air flow.

Duct cleaning is the perfect way to help reduce the dander and dust in your home. Duct cleaning is offered by a few select HVAC companie with the proper equipment.

New construction sales are up this year due to lack of supply of existing homes for sale! Keep in mind that those homes should be inspected as well by your own private licensed inspector who is looking out for you. Final phase inspections are completed by the builder's general foreman; however, they do not have the needed time (2-3 hours per 2000 sq ft home) to be as detailed as a private licensed inspector does. The cost to you can vary from $250-$400. ISN'T THE INVESTMENT IN YOUR NEW HOME WORTH THE COST OF AN INSPECTION?!
