Turns out, not being able to shut the fk up was less of a personality flaw and more of a career path. 😂

Because in real estate, you actually WANT someone who’s willing to speak up.

For my buyers, I’ll ask the questions you didn’t know you needed to ask, point out the things everyone else conveniently skipped over, and advocate for you when it matters.

For my sellers, I’ll market the hell out of your house, talk about it to anyone who will listen, and make sure your home doesn’t quietly disappear into the MLS abyss.

And for my fellow agents, consider this your reminder that you don’t have to make yourself smaller, quieter, more polished, or more “professional” to be successful.

Sometimes the thing you were told was too much is the exact thing that makes you really fu***ng good at what you do.

So no, little Summer never did learn to shut up.
