This role is a full-time position (40 hours/week) working with a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales agent in the Indianapolis office of Marcus & Millichap. The individual in this position will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Prepare & Coordinate Marketing & Proposals Packages
Support all marketing initiatives, including coordination and dissemination of sales reports and client correspondence
Ensure proper flow of information, pursuing detailed follow-through, as necessary
Research and verify data from across the country to proactively track ownership, availability, and sale of commercial properties
Researching, updating and maintaining a clean and organized database
Correspond with escrow, management, brokers and clients regarding property information and documentation
Create spreadsheets and data tables in both Word and Excel
Provide telephone coverage, including responding to inquiries, properly routing calls, and taking detailed messages.
Maintain calendar and all scheduling; planning and preparation for all meetings
Support sales team as needed
Technical Skills:
Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and general technology competency. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Experience with Adobe InDesign knowledge a plus
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates. Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Detail Oriented, Adaptability, and Organization skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent related experience)
Real estate, legal or financial services industry experience preferred
Highly service-oriented individual with the ability to work well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to take independent initiative for action within areas of responsibility
Excellent organizational, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
