Recently our trash compactor experienced a mechanical failure. Upon discovering the issue, we immediately addressed the problem. We ordered roll-off dumpsters to manage resident trash while the compactor is out of service. Until the compactor is repaired, we have arranged for the dumpsters to be swapped daily Monday through Saturday to prevent further build-up, and our onsite team will inspect the area daily to ensure we have safe and sanitary conditions. We also ordered the replacement parts for the compactor, though we do not yet have a confirmed ETA for the repair.

Unfortunately, we encountered additional disruptions in recent days when our trash vendor missed some scheduled pickups — resulting in a temporary accumulation of waste on-site. We escalated the matter urgently with the vendor, and they completed an emergency collection on Dec. 9th, 2025.

We regret the inconvenience our residents have experienced and remain committed to restoring normal trash service as soon as possible. We appreciate our residents’ patience and will continue providing updates as needed.
