I'm on a roll and I'm not stopping!

Apparently this is one of the most entertaining neighborhoods in Avon!

Iโ€™m hosting an Open House from this beaut on Saturday 5/30 from 11-1. This home feels like is was designed for entertaining and making memories.

The open layout, the screened-in porch overlooking the pond, the double ovens, the neighborhood amenities โ€“ it all just feels very social and welcoming.

Plus one of my fave details is that my FPG colleagues who are the listing agents live right across the street and they talk all the time about the sense of community in this neighborhood.

Clearly, itโ€™s one of those places where neighbors become family. โค๏ธ๐Ÿก
