We LOVE The Plaza Apartments ❤️

This community is located directly behind the Downtown Indianapolis Public Library, at the corner of 9th and Pennsylvania Streets. It boasts bay windows in most units with in-unit washer/dryers available. Residents also enjoy free access to amenities next door at our newest community, The Congress at Library Square.

We love sunsets at White River State Park🌇

A short walk away from several of our communities, this space is home to the Everwise Amphitheater for outdoor concerts as well as several festivals and events. There is free fitness in the park on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm now through September 7th, and a Movie Night once a month; the next movie night is this Thursday, July 16th, at 6:30 pm, and they'll be playing The Incredibles!

Be sure to go out and make the short commute over to check this area of Downtown Indy out for yourself 😊
