Just Closed In Old Town La Quinta!
Just a few years ago, I happened to take a sales call at the office from a potential buyer out of the area, looking for an AirBNB type property here in the desert. This buyer rambled off some ares and neighborhoods of interest. I explained to him that none of those areas or neighborhoods were Short Term Rental friendly. I did mention that I had a small condo coming to market just steps from Old Town La Quinta, completely remodeled, sold turn key furnished, and short term rental friendly. He immediately expressed interest, so he drove out a day later to look at it. Liking what he saw, he asked me to write up an offer and present it the seller. 30 days later and having represented both parties, we closed.
Fast forward to a hand full of months ago, my client calls me and tells me about some life changes and needing to sell the condo. So, we immediately came up with a plan to get it listed, accepted an offer only being on market a short time, and after dealing with the absolute worst lender ever, we finally got it closed!
Very grateful that the client I sold this condo to just a few years ago, reached back out to me to help him once again.
