Just closed this awesome home in South La Quinta. Pretty rare property. Triple lot, casita and huge detached garage. So much room for activities! Congratulations to the new owner of this place. I don't think we could have found a better buyer. His family owns 3 other homes in the same neighborhood. And thank you to my clients for bringing me aboard to help sell what was their family compound.

Just Closed in North La Quinta!
This one went quick. Had multiple offers in the first week of going active, and only took 27 days, start to finish. This was the 3rd deal with this client who has become a very good friend of mine over the past several years! I still remember our conversation over coffee a couple years ago, when he decided to sell his other 2 homes. We had already known each other a few years. He told me he wanted me to to help him sell his homes, because I had never asked him for his business. Always put our friendship first. Very grateful to have people like this in my life, who trust me over and over to help them with their real estate needs. Congratulations to Jorge for selling his last, and first home he had ever bought. On to bigger and better things man!

Happy Monday!
Just closed this morning!
Met this client a little over a year ago while drinking wine. We got to talking, and he had mentioned trying to sell his home 2 yrs prior with no activity, and a not so amazing experience with his former agent. One thing lead to another, and I was invited to take a look at the home to give my 2 cents. After some optimism from me, and a few short months later, we hit the market and received an offer within 28 days. Then, after TWO AND A HALF WEEKS of negotiating, we finally hit escrow. It doesn't end there, but I won't bore you with the deets!
Congratulations to my seller! He had some wonderful memories in this home. Time to find him a replacement. And congrats to the new owners who moved back to the states after 2 decades in Costa Rica!

Just Closed In Old Town La Quinta!
Just a few years ago, I happened to take a sales call at the office from a potential buyer out of the area, looking for an AirBNB type property here in the desert. This buyer rambled off some ares and neighborhoods of interest. I explained to him that none of those areas or neighborhoods were Short Term Rental friendly. I did mention that I had a small condo coming to market just steps from Old Town La Quinta, completely remodeled, sold turn key furnished, and short term rental friendly. He immediately expressed interest, so he drove out a day later to look at it. Liking what he saw, he asked me to write up an offer and present it the seller. 30 days later and having represented both parties, we closed.
Fast forward to a hand full of months ago, my client calls me and tells me about some life changes and needing to sell the condo. So, we immediately came up with a plan to get it listed, accepted an offer only being on market a short time, and after dealing with the absolute worst lender ever, we finally got it closed!
Very grateful that the client I sold this condo to just a few years ago, reached back out to me to help him once again.

Running a little behind, but......
Terri McDill Wade and Neal Robinson strike again!
Funny story. So Terri and I represented these clients last October, as her and I sold their home here in the desert, so they could move back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. Little did we know that our clients quickly realized they made a bad move. Come December, our clients were already calling us, saying how much they hated WI, it was too cold, and that they wanted to move back to where it was warm.
So that's exactly what they did. They sold their home in Wisconsin, bought this little gem, and moved back to the desert! Nice to have good people back where they belong.
It's safe to say, Terri and I kick ass!
