I moved to California in 1985, and lived in Santa Monica, Venice, and Mar Vista prior to buying my current home in Inglewood. My passion for real estate was born when I bought my first home 14 years ago. Since then, I have purchased investment property and have gained invaluable insight into the worlds of home ownership, and income properties. I have been an educator for the past 32 years. My year
s of experience in varied classroom situations have honed my skills as a visionary leader, a creative innovator, and a valued negotiator and collaborator. I have fine tuned my ability to work with diverse groups of people, and am adept at communicating difficult subject matter in such a way that my students often say "Hey, I finally get it." I bring this same "can do" attitude to the field of real estate. I am excited about the opportunity to use my teaching skills in my real estate career, whether I'm helping a first-time home-buyer compare mortgages, a seller understand market conditions, or a savvy investor analyze the rate of return on an income property. A member of the California and National Association of Realtors, I have recently earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, which uniquely qualifies me to assist seniors, and their adult children, in housing sales and purchase. I am committed to providing my customers and clients with professional, courteous, and timely service. My guiding principle is "superior service = superior results."
