I’m feeling like some early-2000s throwbacks today.

287 Log Landing just got a major price drop and is now offered at $1,250,000.

Not every investment property is on 30A.

My buyers are experienced short-term rental owners and hosts in another part of the country, and this was their first Florida investment. We explored opportunities from 30A to Panama City Beach, weighing everything from rental performance and appreciation potential to where they could create additional value.

In the end, 327 Memory Lane was the right fit.

One of the things that made this property so appealing was that it wasn’t just a home. It was already a successful, well-run vacation rental with an established track record. From the beginning, everyone recognized the value in preserving that momentum.
