Little Origins update…

I currently have FIVE homes under contract in the neighborhood representing the buyers and one of those already closed this week. Which means apparently I’ve been collecting neighbors lately.

I always laugh a little when people ask if I focus more on resale or new construction because the answer is… yes. Both. Every builder, every section, every floorplan quirk, every lot that backs to a path vs preserves, what’s trading quietly, what buyers keep asking for. Living here and working here gives me a front row seat.

Also… if you’re an Origins homeowner and have ever wondered if buyers are still out there… hi. They are.
