According to the latest Florida Realtors economic analysis, people moving into Florida are bringing approximately $21.2 billion more in household income into the state each year than residents moving out take with them. The largest share of that net income migration comes from people ages 55–64—exactly the demographic that often has accumulated home equity and is considering relocation, retirement, or a second home.
