This beautiful 3200 sq ft house has everything you need for the beach...chairs, towels, toys, bikes for several families and every knick knack you can think of. There is a small shuttle that picks you up at the front door to get you to the beach or you can walk the short 5 min walk on your own. The rates for 2016 are:

Summer rates starting with Memorial Day and ending with Labor Day at $3100 per

week with Sunday to Sunday rentals plus $175 cleaning fee.

-Except the week of July 3- July 10th is $3300 plus $175 cleaning fee. Spring Break rates are $2800 per week plus $175 cleaning fee. The rest of the year is $2400 per week or $350 per night plus $175 cleaning fee. (There is a $175 cleaning fee to be left in the home at your departure.)
