Closing Day for Some of My Favorite People! 🏡💛

When your best friends ask you to sell their home—the only home their kids have ever known—you say yes with a full heart and maybe a few tissues. It’s always bittersweet letting go of a house full of memories, but these two were so ready to turn the page and start a brand-new chapter.

This one wasn’t easy. We navigated some rough waters (okay, more like a storm or two) that tested all our patience. But through it all, real conversations, deep trust, and a healthy dose of sarcasm kept us going—and kept it real.

I’m endlessly grateful they trusted me, leaned on me, and let me be part of this huge step. They’re truly the best… and lucky for them (or not), I’ll be crashing their new place all summer long.

Here’s to new memories, better pool floats, and never having to talk about showings, inspections or receipt’s again. Love you guys big! 💕

Some closings just hit different… 💛

This one was for a dear friend — and it came with all the emotions, late nights, roller coaster moments, and a whole lot of hustle to get her house sold.

But more than just being her real estate agent, I made a promise to help get her to the finish line — and we did it. Not just for the transaction, but for her, because she needed this next chapter more than words can say.

Helping this sweet family sell their home in Chesnee was such a joy — and extra special because they’ve trusted me not once, not twice, but three times on their real estate journey!

We first teamed up to find their this home a couple of years ago, and now we have found *the one* that checked every box, it was time to get their current home ready for the next lucky owners.
