136 Current Drive is officially **SOLD**… but this one definitely did **not** make it to the closing table the easy way.

Wrong framing.
Construction delays.
Unexpected challenges.
Multiple moments when it would have been much easier for everyone involved to just throw their hands up and walk away.

But real estate isn’t always about the transactions that go perfectly.

Sometimes, it’s about **who keeps working when they don’t.**
