Alecia is truly a team player who steps in wherever needed, supporting every department with a willingness to help and a drive to learn. She handles her role with care, dedication, and pride. Happy Friday! Today we would like to recognize an outstanding "superhero" so a huge shout-out to Heather @ Corporate 🧨🎉 Over the past several weeks, she has taken on a significant amount of responsibility, often managing the department largely on her own. Despite the added workload, she has handled everything seamlessly and with a positive attitude. In addition to keeping the department running smoothly, she has continued to manage incoming calls—sometimes dealing with challenging situations and difficult callers—while always remaining professional, courteous, and focused on providing excellent service. Her ability to stay calm under pressure and represent our team so well has not gone unnoticed. What’s even more impressive is that she has maintained this high level of performance without any complaints, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything gets done right. We truly appreciate her dedication, work ethic, and the pride she takes in her role. We appreciate you, Heather!

Happy Friday! Today we would like to recognize an outstanding "superhero" so a huge shout-out to Alichia @ Chelsea 🧨🎉. Alichia started with us on 4/22/26 as a Leasing Manager and has truly hit the ground running! In just a short time, she has already taken initiative cleaning units on her own, successfully completed a move‑in on 5/1, and is already handling another one today. That’s incredibly impressive for someone so new to the role. Beyond that, she is asking thoughtful, insightful questions that show how eager and willing she is to learn. During training yesterday, she even asked if she could start knocking on tenant doors to collect rent 😂 which perfectly reflects her determination and strong work ethic. While there’s still plenty more for her to learn, she is doing an amazing job so far, brings a great attitude every day, and shows genuine dedication to the role. We truly appreciate her hard work and enthusiasm, and we’re very excited to have her on the team!

Happy Friday! Each week, we love sending shout-outs to our "superheroes" for moments where someone goes above and beyond—and we are lucky because those moments happen often. But this week, we found ourselves thinking about something bigger. We have so many great employees who show up every day and give their best, often in ways that quietly make a huge difference. I know there are countless acts of teamwork, problem-solving, extra effort, and support that we don’t always hear about—but that doesn’t make them any less important. The truth is none of us would be successful on our own. It takes every single person working together, doing their part, pushing forward, and supporting one another to make our company better. It truly takes a team of superheroes—and I know we have many walking among us every day. So, this week’s shout-out goes to all of you. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, teamwork, and commitment to each other and to the company. What you do matters, and it does not go unnoticed. We are grateful to be part of such an amazing team!
