Happy Friday! Today we would like to recognize an outstanding "superhero" so a huge shout out to DeeDee @ Corporate🧨🎉Not only has DeeDee been helping with applications across several properties, but she has also stepped in to provide critical support at our 96-unit Wagoner property while we have been down a Co-Manager. Honestly, we're not quite sure how she manages to juggle it all, but she does it with professionalism, determination, and a consistently positive, can-do attitude. No matter the challenge, DeeDee is always willing to jump in wherever she's needed and help ensure our communities and teams are successful. DeeDee truly exemplifies what it means to be a team player, and her willingness to go above and beyond does not go unnoticed. Thank you, DeeDee, for all that you do!

🙌​Tenant Relations & Leasing:
○Handle the leasing process from tour to move-in,
○build strong tenant relationships,
○and address resident inquiries or concerns promptly. 🤝📋
🙌​Property Operations:
○Oversee day-to-day community operations,
○coordinate maintenance requests,
○and ensure properties are well-maintained and safe. 🛠️✅
🙌​Financial Management:
○Assist with property budgeting,
○rent collection,

Happy Friday! Today we would like to recognize an outstanding "superhero" so a huge shout out to Gabby @ Watonga🧨🎉To be completely honest, after everything that happened on her very first day, we were pleasantly surprised she came back the next day! 😊 She was immediately introduced to some very challenging situations, including incidents that required law enforcement involvement, yet she handled herself with professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude. Despite being new to the company and facing circumstances that would overwhelm many people, Gabby has continued to show up every day ready to learn, help, and make a difference. Her supervisor has shared nothing but positive feedback and reports that she is doing an excellent job managing the challenges she has encountered at the property. Gabby, your willingness to jump in, adapt, and stay focused through some very difficult situations has not gone unnoticed. Thank you for all that you do, and we look forward to seeing all the great things you'll continue to accomplish.

Today we would like to recognize an outstanding "superhero" so a huge shout out to Kim @ General Manager🧨🎉Kim wears more hats than we can count and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure issues are resolved, residents are taken care of, and our properties continue to operate smoothly. Over the past few weeks in particular, Kim has dealt with situation after situation, and honestly, some of the stories we hear are so unbelievable they almost don't seem real! Yet through it all, she continues to show up, tackle each challenge head-on, and find solutions. Kim, your willingness to help, your resilience, and your dedication do not go unnoticed.
