Happy Friday! Today we would like to recognize 2 outstanding "superheroes" so a huge shout out to David and Jeffrey @ Maintenance🧨🎉These two have been working on a siding project in Tecumseh and putting in long hours. They are working through the summer heat to make sure the project is completed correctly and efficiently. Their hard work, dedication, and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed. The quality of their work has been exceptional, and they continue to demonstrate a strong commitment to taking pride in our properties. We truly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond and the tremendous job they are doing. Keep up the great work!

Happy Friday! Today we would like to recognize an outstanding "superhero" so a huge shout out to Angela @ Okemah/Prague🧨🎉 One of her properties was just informed of a Rural Development supervisory inspection which require a significant amount of information/documentation from the leasing manager. Angela had everything organized, current, and readily available. Her waiting list was up to date, work orders were properly maintained, resident files were current, and documents had been uploaded into our software system as required. Because she consistently stays on top of her responsibilities and takes pride in her work every day, gathering information for the inspection was significantly less stressful for everyone involved. Her preparation made the process smoother, more efficient, and helped ensure we were able to provide what was needed quickly and accurately. Angela, thank you for your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate the pride you take in keeping everything organized and accurate!
