HIRING Laborers, Full Part time positions available.
Job Summary
We are looking for trustworthy landscape laborers to join our team. Experience is preferred but happy to train the right candidates.
You must be comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers, and performing labor by hand such as through raking, hand-weeding and shoveling. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients’ exteriors safe and looking beautiful, so we work in various types of weather conditions. You will be expected to perform maintenance duties to ensure client and employee safety and satisfaction during inclement weather by removing debris, snow, and ice from communal walkways and spaces. Work will be performed throughout the Mount Washington Valley and some surrounding areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Position duties and responsibilities may vary from season to season. Among other duties and responsibilities, someone in this position can expect to take on or assist in:
•Mowing, trimming and edging grass
•Removing unwanted, dead or damaged plants and trees
•Weeding and mulching landscape beds
•Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
•Installing rock, cement, lighting, or water
•Maintaining the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival
•Planting new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs
•Raking fallen leaves and remove debris
•Shovelling snow from walkways and spreading sand and/or salt
•Properly storing and handling all equipment, tools, sprinklers, etc.

•Comply with and obey all company policies/procedures and safety requirements
•Read and follow all company established plans, material lists, and guidelines
•Work as part of a team and take direction from management
•Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner
•Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
•Work effectively with peers of differing background and knowledge
•Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible
•Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds
Other Requirements and Qualifications
•High school degree or equivalent preferred
•Valid Driver’s License preferred
•At least 21 years old
•Previous experience in landscaping or land maintenance is a plus
•Previous experience operating lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers preferred
Pay
This is an hourly paid position. Pay is contingent on applicant qualifications and experience.
Expected pay is between $12 and $18 an hour.
