☀️Pool Re-Opening☀️we are pleased to announce that we are hoping to open the Pool on the afternoon of Tuesday June 16th. Provided all remaining parts & materials arrive as scheduled, this will be our anticipated re-opening date.

Our crew is working hard to clear the snow from area 1 today. Please keep area 1 clear until later today. Even if the lot is plowed we need to go back & salt the parking lots. We appreciate your patience & cooperation in keeping our property safe☃️☃️☃️

Please note that Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) forms will be delivered/mailed this week. If you are a current resident your CRP form will be delivered under you apartment door by Friday January 30th, 2026. If you moved out in 2025 your CRP form will be mailed to your forwarding address.

🥶🥶🥶FREEZING TEMPERTURES🥶🥶🥶Reminder, if you do not have heat in your apartment contact the office immediately! This is considered an emergency, no heat will cause pipes to freeze & burst. Also, if you have too much heat, please contact the office so that we can repair the problem. Never turn off your heat even if you will be leaving your apartment for several hours or days. We appreciate your cooperation☃️
