I'm selling one of my properties. Its a 3bd, 2bath home in West St. Paul. With an awesome garage (full disclosure I bought the house because I loved the garage. Fenced in back yard, updated kitchen. Hi Everyone. My friend's family has owned and operated a Chinese restaurant for the last 20ish years. His parents are looking to retire and sell the restaurant (building and equipment).
