I talk about it yearly, we are just about to come into the spring market. My thoughts are that we will see more of a seasonal type of market, where spring is hot, as it used to be traditionally, with a taper off in the summer. While the market is not nearly as hot as we have experienced in the past few years, we will see homes move, priced correctly, they will move quickly as in any market. Im looking forward to a warmer spring market, and helping you with your real estate needs!
