An amazing highlight of our 2026 Spring Summit was visiting Just Video Walls in Fort Lauderdale and getting the opportunity to experience firsthand the incredible spaces our vendor partners create to showcase the technology transforming this industry.

One of the greatest highlights of our summit week was visiting the LK & Associates Experience Center in Fort Lauderdale. An incredible showroom experience that brought together HTSA members and vendor partners in a way that felt hands-on, collaborative, and genuinely inspiring.

From real-world product demonstrations to meaningful conversations with manufacturers and fellow members, this was the kind of environment that sparks ideas, strengthens relationships, and reminds us why this industry is so special.

Another incredible HTSA conference in the books 👏

From a packed vendor show floor and hands-on product demos to nonstop conversations, collaboration, and connection, the energy throughout the week was unmatched. Events like this are a reminder that this industry continues to move forward because of the people behind it.

There’s just something special about getting this many passionate people in one place. Big ideas, great relationships, lots of laughs, and a shared commitment to making our industry stronger together.

As we wrap up an outstanding week here in Fort Lauderdale, one thing is clear… this year’s Spring Conference was truly by design.

From the very beginning, the focus was intentional—creating more space for real connection between members and vendor partners while still delivering meaningful, business-driven value. And it showed in every moment.

The off-site experiences brought everything together in the best way. Getting outside the traditional setting opened the door for deeper conversations, hands-on product exposure, and the kind of relationship building that doesn’t happen on a schedule—it happens naturally. Those moments turned into some of the most impactful parts of the week.

To our vendor partners, thank you for showing up, sharing your expertise, and creating experiences that went beyond the expected. And to the HTSA members, your willingness to engage, collaborate, and invest in each other is what continues to set this group apart.

There’s something different about the energy when learning turns into doing.

Right now in Indiana, our Technical Excellence 202: Networking & Integration Intensive is in full swing and it’s exactly what this industry needs more of.

This isn’t just a classroom. It’s hands-on, real-world, figure-it-out and make-it-work kind of learning. From configuring networks to troubleshooting systems and commissioning full integrations, these technicians are getting the kind of experience that actually shows up on job sites.

And a huge part of what makes this program so impactful is Steven.

The way he leads, teaches, and connects with every single attendee is something special. He has a way of breaking down complex concepts while still pushing people to think deeper, work smarter, and truly understand what they’re doing. It’s engaging, it’s practical, and it’s exactly why he’s one of the best at what he does.

Wrapped up a strong couple of days in Nashville with the team at Prodigy—with one more full day still ahead.

We typically cap FURLS events at 12 participants… and this week we had 18 current and future leaders in the room. A great reflection of the commitment this team has to growth and development.

What stood out most was the level of engagement. We moved well beyond discussion and into real practice—working through real-world scenarios and challenges that leaders are actively facing.

We then shifted into a half-day sales intensive with the full team, focused on experiential selling and applying Relationship Science to solve real problems and close meaningful opportunities.

This is what it looks like when a team is intentional about getting better.
Grateful to be back at Prodigy for a second visit—and truly appreciate the trust to continue building together.

Not every visit is the same—and this one proved why.

Our third time working alongside Hanson Audio Video in the Dayton and Cincinnati markets gave us a deeper look into what happens when leadership fully commits to the process.

Over the course of two full days, a room filled with leaders committed themselves to more than just learning the FURLS framework. They pushed past the concepts and into real-world application—challenging their own thinking, refining communication, and building strategies designed to show up immediately in their business.

This is the kind of work that isn’t always easy. It requires honesty, alignment, and a willingness to rethink what’s “good enough.” But it’s also where the real shift happens.

2026 kicked off with an incredible collaboration alongside our amazing vendor partner, Sonance, as the HTSA community came together at the Sonance Studio in San Clemente for Keith’s Relationship Science Masterclass.

The environment, collaboration, and conversations throughout the session made it an experience our members and teams will genuinely take back with them. Relationship Science continues to be one of HTSA’s strongest member benefits because it goes beyond “sales training” and into real communication, client experience, and relationship building that can be applied immediately in the field.

Thank you again to everyone who showed up ready to learn, connect, and grow together.
