Some of the most valuable takeaways don’t happen on the agenda. They happen in the conversations, the perspective shifts, and the ideas that continue long after everyone heads home.

Our recent Relationship Science workshop brought together 17 participants from 13 member and vendor companies from across the country for a rare opportunity to learn with one another, not just alongside one another.

When both sides of our industry invest time in understanding each other’s challenges, goals, and motivations, something bigger begins to happen. Relationships become stronger. Communication becomes more intentional. Opportunities become easier to recognize. And the insights gained in the room have the potential to influence sales conversations, partnerships, and business growth for months and even years to come.

That’s the power of bringing the right people together.

Three trainings. One city. Countless conversations focused on elevating our industry.

Last week, members from the ACES team gathered in Columbus, Ohio, for an incredible few days of learning, collaboration, and growth through Client Experience Skills, Advanced Selling Skills, and FURLS Management Skills.

From sharpening customer interactions to strengthening leadership and sales strategies, each session reinforced what makes this community so special: passionate professionals who are committed to getting better together.

And while the rooftop temperatures pushed nearly 100 degrees, the energy and enthusiasm never slowed down.

Thank you to everyone who attended, shared ideas, asked questions, and invested in the future of their teams. Moments like these are a reminder that progress happens when great people come together with a shared commitment to excellence.

Here’s to continuing to raise the bar—and to the next opportunity to learn, connect, and move the industry forward together.

Last month, we had the privilege of hosting our 6th Annual Project Management Summit in Chicago—and once again, it proved why this continues to be one of HTSA’s most impactful member events.

Nineteen Project Managers from 14 HTSA member companies came together for a few days of collaboration, problem-solving, and peer-to-peer learning alongside Tom Doherty, Jordan Fuchs, MBA, and the HTSA team.

Using the Reverse-Brainstorm methodology, the group tackled the real-world operational challenges PMs face every day—from communication breakdowns and workflow obstacles to process improvements and leadership strategies. The goal wasn’t simply to solve today’s problems—it was to equip attendees with the tools and mindset to identify upstream solutions that create lasting improvements long after the summit ends.

But one of the greatest takeaways wasn’t found in a notebook. It was the relationships built along the way.

From the workshop sessions to the conversations over coffee—and yes, even the discussions around the bar—the exchange of ideas, experiences, and perspectives reminded us that no one has to solve these challenges alone. Every attendee left with new connections, fresh ideas, and a network of peers they can continue to lean on throughout the year.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made this year’s summit such a success. Here’s to six incredible years of helping our members stay —and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

Another successful Advanced Networking Intensive (301) is in the books at CEDIA Headquarters!

This week, eight experienced technicians came together to sharpen their networking expertise through HTSA's Technical Excellence Education Program. Over several days of hands-on learning, participants tackled the advanced concepts required to design, configure, troubleshoot, and verify today's increasingly complex residential networks.

Programs like this do more than expand technical knowledge. They strengthen businesses. As technicians continue to grow their skills, integration companies are better equipped to deliver reliable systems, solve complex challenges more efficiently, and provide an exceptional experience for every client.

An amazing highlight of our 2026 Spring Summit was visiting Just Video Walls in Fort Lauderdale and getting the opportunity to experience firsthand the incredible spaces our vendor partners create to showcase the technology transforming this industry.

From stunning visual experiences to meaningful conversations and collaboration throughout the showroom, it was a great reminder of how powerful it is when innovation and relationships come together under one roof.

One of the greatest highlights of our summit week was visiting the LK & Associates Experience Center in Fort Lauderdale. An incredible showroom experience that brought together HTSA members and vendor partners in a way that felt hands-on, collaborative, and genuinely inspiring.

From real-world product demonstrations to meaningful conversations with manufacturers and fellow members, this was the kind of environment that sparks ideas, strengthens relationships, and reminds us why this industry is so special.

Another incredible HTSA conference in the books 👏

From a packed vendor show floor and hands-on product demos to nonstop conversations, collaboration, and connection, the energy throughout the week was unmatched. Events like this are a reminder that this industry continues to move forward because of the people behind it.
