Real estate has a funny way of making even confident people question every move.

Timing, price, market conditions, emotions, outside opinions, and the fear of getting it wrong can all start competing for attention at once.

The goal is to know which questions are actually useful, which ones are just noise, and what information should guide the next decision.

One of our favorite fall traditions is almost back!

Cannon Farms opens for the season September 18th, and I can’t wait to stock up on mums and enjoy the kick off to our cooler weather ahead.

As a Floridian, I didn’t grow up getting to pick pumpkin, and I’m so grateful that Cannon Farms works so hard to bring this reality to my Florida kids! We always have to take a tractor ride, the kids have SO much fun with all of the activities around the farm, and they always have excellent live music with food trucks and vendors - it makes it such a fun way to spend a day.

Plus, there are sunflowers and flowers, farm animals, fresh produce, food trucks and vendors on select days, lemonade, plenty of photo spots, and all the little things that make it feel like fall - even when Florida weather hasn’t gotten the memo yet 😂
