NEIL was last seen leaving his house at 870 W Smallman Place in Citrus Springs around 5pm on Sunday, May 31. NEIL is a black male, 5’8” tall, and 228 pounds. He has black hair.

NEIL was last seen wearing a white tank top and blue jeans.
