Cedarbrook Estates currently has openings at our community!
Apartments are 2 bedroom with 1 bath, have their own entrance and front and back patios.
Monthly rental rate is $535 a month.
Trash is included in the rental rate and the apartments are all electric.
Income limits restrictions apply!

Come out Saturday, September 11th to meet our manager Connie and tour an apartment!

we had a great turnout for our fried chicken luncheon today - lots of good food and fun social time, as always.. (I think we had 18 total today) See you guys next month!

Our sympathies and prayers go out to the families of Jo Ann Grafton who passed away over Thanksgiving. She will be greatly missed at Cedarbrook Estates.

Another fun Rock Painting day today with donuts & coffee, followed by lunch then they played cards. We are getting the Fall fever at the clubhouse! We have 2 apartment openings if you know anyone, please contact me.

Our first Rock Painting event at the Clubhouse was a HIT! We had 2 hours of fun and then ate some yummy lunch after we were done. More Rock Painting ahead for us! Watch the September calendar for more Rock Painting dates :)
