Job Description
Grounds for Rental Property

Upkeep property and grounds including mowing, trimming trees and bushes, etc.
Maintain property grounds in clean, safe condition
Deliver excellent customer service.
Clean out vacant apartments and assist with turning units if needed
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work outdoors 80%-90% of the time and perform work on variable terrain and under all types of weather conditions
Ability to lift, carry, and transport 20 pounds or more a variable distances
Must be able to work 75%-100% on your feet and perform all types of physical activities
Examples:

-bend/stoop/squat/kneel, climb stairs, push/pull, reach above shoulders, climb ladders, grasp/grip/turning

-lifting/carrying heavy supplies, blower, ladders, appliances, etc...

$10.00/hour

State of Michigan drivers (Required)
